Garrow Wilson
Garrow Wilson is an illustrator and artist based on the Isle of Skye, where the island’s rugged landscapes, folklore, and eerie tales inform his practice, one that is inspired by classic pulp magazines, the underground comix movement and gothic penny dreadfuls. Known for a distinctive style that blends atomic colours with dark, grungy tones, Garrow creates bold and surreal designs that tell a story that walks a fine line between the whimsical and macabre.

With a passion for live music and independent venues, Garrow specialises in poster art, merchandise, and album covers, collaborating with musicians and businesses to produce eye catching designs. A love of folklore often weaves into their projects, that and a love for loud places, big personalities, new sounds, the surreal, and gallows humour.

Though having produced work for many years, Garrow started working professionally in 2023 after being named one of twelve winners of Beavertown Beer’s Creatives Untapped Award, an accolade that has launched a varied and collaborative creative journey. Since then, they have partnered with a variety of business, attractions, venues, and musicians, continuously evolving both personally and artistically.

Available for all illustrative, design, and macabre machinations. Posters, logos, grimoire dust jackets, you name it, if you enjoy the work please do not hesitate to get in touch!
